It’s been two weeks since #Thingyan, but the spirit of Thingyan is still in my thoughts. Thingyan is about purification, renewal, and transformation. We may consider the essence of Thingyan, the Myanmar New Year water festival, as a metaphor for Myanmar’s political, economic, and social #transition, leading to national #reconciliation and #transformation.
